Agreement to these purchase terms

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through brookhavell.com. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Terms of Use. Brookhavell™ is operated by Dongguan Huayin Technology Co., Ltd.

Product information

We aim to present product descriptions and images as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colors and appearance may vary with screens, lighting, photography, and natural variation. Please review the product page before placing an order. We do not make claims about materials, dimensions, finishes, or features beyond the information stated for that specific item.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may need to verify information or decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailability, or order-information issues. Payment methods and charges are shown at checkout.

Processing and shipping

After payment confirmation, orders are generally processed and dispatched within 7 business days. Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees; see the Shipping Policy for additional detail.

Returns and refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. See the Return & Refund Policy for conditions and instructions.

Liability and governing principles

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brookhavell™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
